What is the KOEL Deen Fantasy suitable for?

A lightweight summer sandal for children – for warm days on the playground, in the garden, and on the way to kindergarten. KOEL offers it as a barefoot sandal with a zero drop.

Natural walking sensation: The flexible sole and zero drop allow children's feet to feel the ground and move freely. The toe area is designed with a toe cap for protection while playing.

Breathable fantasy leather: KOEL has chosen the printed leather for durability and good foot climate – made for warm summer days.

Quick to put on and take off: Two adjustable hook-and-loop fasteners hold the sandal securely on the foot and can be opened in an instant.

For cool or wet days, a closed shoe is more suitable.

Can I also wear the sandals with socks?

Yes, perfectly normal. The name "barefoot shoe" describes the feeling of movement (space for the toes, thin flexible sole, zero drop), not a bare foot.

How much space should there be at the front of the sandal?

Allow 14–17 mm at the front in addition to your foot length; for new walkers, 12–14 mm. This gives the toes enough room when rolling off.

Our child is wearing barefoot shoes for the first time – what should we look out for?

Children generally adapt to barefoot shoes faster than adults because their foot muscles are not yet atrophied. Nevertheless, introduce them gradually and consult a pediatrician or orthopedist if you notice any concerns.
