- Order new barefoot shoes from us (any brand, not just Leguano)
- Include your old Leguanos in the return box (if you are returning something) OR send them to us separately.
- We check the shoes (they should be complete – both shoes as a pair).
- You will receive a €15 credit per pair to your customer account – usable from your next order.
Which shoes should we take?

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the €15 immediately?
Yes, as soon as we receive and inspect your shoes (approximately 3-5 business days after receipt), we will credit your customer account. You will receive an email notification.
Does this also apply to other brands (Xero, Groundies...)?
No, we offer this program exclusively for Leguano brand models. As specialist retailers, we have established the appropriate channels for the meaningful donation or professional recycling of these shoes.
How often can I participate?
Maximum 1x per customer account per year (to prevent misuse).
Do I need to buy something to participate?
No, you can send in old Leguanos even without making a purchase. The €15 credit per pair will then be added to your customer account and automatically deducted from your next order (minimum order value: €40).
What condition is considered OK? Even broken shoes?
Yes, we accept all Leguano shoes – regardless of age or condition. Even heavily worn or damaged shoes are OK. The main thing is that it's a complete pair (both shoes).
