Nothing is added here: Skinners are sock shoes and are designed to fit tightly like a sock. If your foot length falls exactly on a boundary, take the smaller size.
EU 41 is included in two sizes (40–41 and 41–42) – your foot length is the deciding factor. Foot lengths according to the manufacturer.
