What is the KOEL David 3.0 Wool suitable for?
The David 3.0 Wool is suitable for cool, dry days: for the morning at daycare, the afternoon at the playground, and the walk when the jacket is already getting thick. KOEL took inspiration for the mid-top sneaker from 80s sneakers.
Warm, without having to wear boots: Inside, a wool lining keeps you warm, plus there is a removable wool felt insole. The outside of the shoe is made of nappa leather.
Feel the ground beneath your feet: The thin, flexible rubber sole lets the foot roll and work on its own. This gives your child a sense of the ground, instead of the shoe holding the foot in place – that's exactly what makes a children's barefoot shoe.
Room for growing feet: The toe box is cut medium-wide, and the shoe offers plenty of room across the instep. With the Velcro closure, you can quickly adjust it to your child's foot.

Measure both of your child's feet while standing from the heel to the longest toe and, based on the longer foot, choose the row in which the foot length falls.

At least 12 mm of space for walking and growing into the shoe is already factored into the foot length.
If the foot length is at the very bottom of the range, the shoe will fit a little long at first – then tighten the Velcro straps well so that the heel stays firmly in place. Measure regularly: When the foot is only 10 mm shorter than the insole, the next pair is due.
* Insole and width measurements according to the manufacturer (KOEL). The wool lining takes up a little space on the sides: If your child's foot is as wide as stated or wider at its widest point (measured while standing), take one size larger.
